  3. Take another pan and add 2 cups water in it.let it boil and add peeled onion in it. Add tomatoes and cashews in it and allow it to boil for 5 min on medium flame..
  4. After this take out onion tomatoes and cashewnuts from water and allow it to cool at room temperature.then peel off the tomatoes and chop it into big chunks.grind them in mixture one by one(cashewnuts then onion then tomato)..
  5. Take a pan and add 2 teaspoon oil in it. after 1 min.add cumin seeds in it.let it cool for 1 min.then add ginger paste and cook it for 2 min.then add onion paste and cook it till it turns to golden brown colour. then add tomato puree and allow it to cook till it release oil.then add crushed Dal chinni 2 teaspoon salt and black pepper in it.cook it for another 1 min and then add cashewnuts paste.cook it for 1 min and add 1/2 cup water in it and put it on low flame..

Meanwhile all this is cooking.take another pan and add butter in it.allow it to melt and make lil bit hot.then add 2 teaspoon plain flour in it and cook it for 2 min on low flame.once it changes colour, slowly add milk in it and stir it continuously. cook it for 5 min and add white pepper in it. stir it and switch off the flame..
  7. Now add white sauce in makhani gravy mixture. Mix it properly and add pasta in it. Mix it well and cook it for another 2-3 min..
  8. Makhani gravy pasta is ready. You can top up with mozzarella cheese and cook it for another 1 min so that Mozerrela cheese gets melt and mix properly..
  9. Add oregano and chilli flakes while serving pasta..
